We are looking for a competent Project Manager to take the lead of our projects and provide day-to-day support of administrative and operational functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PLANNING PROJECT RESOURCES
Makes a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project. In-charge of end-to-end planning and execution of Projects including but not limited to scoping, resource identification, estimating time and financial commitment and progress reports.Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS
Provides regular updates to the customer on project schedule and status with incident and additional service request handling. Management of the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Coordinates with Solutions Architects during Pre-sales activities and assist with the planning and costing of future projects
PROJECT DELIVERY
Ensures success in building and migrating applications, software and services with consideration of time, budget, quality and satisfaction.
DOCUMENTATION
Provides documentations including but not limited to service charter, project dashboard, project schedule, implementation checklist, post-implementation checklist, knowledge transfer and project sign-off.
GENERATE PROGRESS REPORT
Prepares and provides project updates to the Senior Management team and the stakeholders regarding project progress and roadblocks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Project Management skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- A problem solver with good analytical skills
- Well-organized and process-driven
- A good negotiator
- Detail-oriented
- Customer focused and has good influencing skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable to any situation
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or Electronics & Communications Engineering or similar field are highly desired.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Project Management
- Previous experience in Agile, Scrum & Waterfall methodology is an advantage
- Has experience in using Project Monitoring Tool such as Wrike, MS Project etc.
- Work experience gathered from technical or related industry
- Has good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confident in giving presentations & engaging with C-Level individuals
- Has ownership/Accountability, pro-active and resourceful
- Experience in managing server infrastructure / systems integration / Application Development Projects is an advantage
