TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
*This is a group joining tour: minimum of 12 pax to proceed the tour.
*RESERVATION FEE of PHP500/PERSON will be deducted in the package rate and the remaining balance should be settled 1 week before the travel date. It is non –refundable but re-bookable and is subject to room and transportation availability.
*Non Refundable once confirmed.
*For small group we can merge other groups so you can reach minimum number of pax. depends on your target date.
*Weekend Tours Only (Saturday and Sunday). Morning Departure
*Change of travel dates must be advised 10 DAYS before the travel date. Otherwise, the reservation fee will be considered as the cancellation fee.
*If in case, we were not be able to complete the guaranteed paying pax within 7 days before the travel date we will email or send a text notification for re-schedule of the tour.
*The company has the right to cancel the said travel date of the tour if group is not complete, unless confirmed pax are willing to pay the slot/s to complete the guaranteed paying pax.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGE IS APPLIED FOR PICK UP and DROP OFF BEYOND THE SAID MEETING PLACE (it should be earlier than the departure time).
*Seating arrangement is on a first come; first served basis. If pax wishes to reserve a seat, additional charge will be applied.
*Pax should travel lite (1 bag allowed per pax- NO TROLLEY OR LARGE LUGGAGE).
