We are looking for Technical Support Representatives for a Mass Media Account.
Successful applicants will be responsible for providing technical customer service support through inbound phone calls. Main responsibilities include, but not limited to, handling overall account setup and solving problems related to email setup on desktop and mobile platforms. The applicant shall also have general knowledge of electronic mail-related products and/or services, which shall be used for promotion.

Account Requirements:
• For fresh graduates: Bachelor's degree course
• For undergraduates: Preferably without back subjects and must have completed at least two years in college.
• Highschool graduates and career shifters with Technical Background of any BPO experience are also welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be able to handle trouble reporting systems
• Knowledge in IT, Wireless and Audio/Video conferencing or any related work experience would be an asset.

All hired applicants that will start on February 19, 2018, will get a free bluetooth speaker.
